USER REPRESENTATION
You represent, warrant, and agree that any materials you submit to or post on Rapid Funds Today’s Site will not violate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights. • upload, post, transmit, share, store, or otherwise make publicly available on the Site any private information of any third party, including but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, and credit card numbers.
• solicit personal information from anyone under 18 or request passwords or any personally identifying information from any user for commercial or unlawful purposes.

If you need paper copies of these Disclosures, you can request them by writing to us at the mailing address below, and a paper copy will be sent to you for a fee of up to $5.00. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent to receive future Disclosures electronically. We may cease the electronic provision of Disclosures in compliance with applicable federal and state record retention laws.

THE RESOLUTION OF OTHER DISPUTES
If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first attempt to resolve it through mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator located in Orange County, CA. Any costs and fees associated with the mediation, excluding attorney fees, will be shared equally by both parties.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Orange County, CA, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration award can be entered into any court with proper jurisdiction. Rapid Funds Today reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use and the agreement they constitute at any time by updating this posting, without prior notice to you. This constitutes the ENTIRE agreement concerning the matters discussed.

OTHER
The Company’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in that or any other instance. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
